Our Pot Sizes

We offer potted Evergreen and Deciduous Trees in 100% Recycled 1 Gallon to 10 Gallon Trade Pots.

Our "Return Your Pots" program provides our customers with a $0.50 store credit for each Tree Company nursery pot you return after you plant your tree. There is no limit to the number of pots you return!

Since the program inception in 2015, over 10,000 pots have been returned and have been reused, keeping a large number of plastics out of our landfills!

Tree Supply

We put in the extra care for a higher quality tree! Healthy potted trees available direct from our farms in Ontario.

All our trees are fed a high quality slow release fertilizer to ensure optimal growing conditions. You are not required to further fertilize your tree the first year of planting, as there will be sufficient fertilizer present in the pot your tree came in.

Our Sustainability Promise

Energy Efficiency

50% of our current energy use for our nurseries comes from renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, which reduces the overall carbon footprint of our business.

We continue to invest in energy efficient lighting, heating and equipment, including LED lights and energy efficient greenhouse fans to reduce energy consumption.

Our 2030 pledge is to convert to 100% renewable energy sources for our nursey production and to convert 50% of our delivery vehicles to electric.

Reducing Plastic Use

Our seeds are started in a plastic free coconut coir biodegradable pots. All plastics used in nursery production are re-used wherever possible and recycled at end of life.

Reforestation

As a Tree Canada member, we support local tree planting initiatives by donating native varieties of trees and shrubs to projects throughout Canada. These trees are used in reforestation of areas of Northern Ontario and British Columbia affected by forest fires. In addition, we supply trees to Conservation Authorities, Municipalities and School Boards across Canada.
